Smart Habits combines online coaching from real health professionals with smart Fitbit technology to help you lose weight and keep it off
Real health professionals
Your personal team of health professionals – including a Dietitian, Personal Trainer and Psychologist – work with you to optimise your nutrition, fitness, and mindset, with the ultimate goal of helping you transition and embed a new, healthy lifestyle. Your team will keep you accountable, motivate you and provide you with ongoing support and advice to help you reach your goals.
Personalised to your lifestyle
Diets fail because they offer a one-size-fits-all-solution. We tailor our approach to fit your preferences, needs and lifestyle. Your coaches work with you to overcome the unique eating, exercise and mindset habits that are stopping you from reaching your goals.
Smart Fitbit technology
You'll receive you a Fitbit fitness tracker and digital bathroom scales that sync with your Smart Habits' dashboard and seamlessly track your weight, activity and sleep, keeping you motivated and accountable.
Skype coaching sessions
You'll get a minimum of 10 coaching sessions that you can use among your team as you see fit. You might want to focus on a specific area of your lifestyle. If that’s the case, feel free to have more sessions with one coach, and less with another. All your coaching sessions take place over Skype so you can schedule sessions at a time and place that is most convenient for you. Too easy!
Smart Online Dashboard
Your dashboard is the nerve centre of your program. If you want to book appointments with your team or access your personalised recipes then this is where you go. Your dashboard also tracks your long and short-term weight, activity, nutrition and sleep goals so you have real-time feedback on how you’re progressing.
Lifestyle change education
Throughout your program you’ll receive regular health modules sent straight to your email. These interactive modules teach you the building blocks for long-term lifestyle change, including nutrition, exercise and behaviour change strategies.
You can also chat with your team between sessions. Any questions or problems just send them an email and they'll get to work. You'll also have a dedicated program concierge who will steer you through the first phase of the program and be the go to person for any program-related questions you have.
Proactive problem solving
Your coaches monitor your steps, sleep and weight remotely, allowing them to proactively offer advice and encouragement based on your progress. This helps you stay committed to your lifestyle change goals, and helps turn potential stumbling blocks into opportunities for growth and change.
